So been busy at work lately...was actually improving-in terms of having more confidence and knowledge, however gd things don't last ya..
i received some calls frm ppl who are disrespectful and treat you like dirt just becoz they have some money...really, coz we must always try and probe customers and help them to our best...even when customer insist to talk to manager i still have to try and help em...so there was this lady who was so d*mn proud who told me not to waste her time when i tried to help her coz i cant make any decisions and got no power...after receiving her call i was really pissed...talk about tough customers!i guess its not hard to find them when u do customer service..
although i must say that polite callers are more common den bad ones, having those calls really made me pretty disillusioned!!but im ok, im strong...(i think!)well at least i know i dont really enjoy customer service as a career next time..though the pay is actually pretty high!!
well, gal POWER is a major element in my office....lets see
1. i have 5 female managers/supervisor and only a pathetic male counterpart(which pales in comparison already)
2. All my trainers were female
3. There are quite alot of gd-looking gals @ work!!!haha(i noe im bein bias here but who cares?!!)
3 gd evidence(well maybe just 2..ha) why gIrls rule at work nowadays..hmm well other then the oggling part, im finding it pr--e--t--t--y(!!!!!) hard to be working with girls....
1. firstly, girls usually find fault at the slightest details which doesnt really matter
2. they are noisy!!real noisy...in between work they like to chat...and i mean SERIOUSLY...MEANINGLESS chatting..nb the contrast if its not obvious enough..
but like i said im not trying to be a MCP here,just making what really happens in office a little more colourful ha..no offence to ladies ya!!
hehe...better not let my colleagues find my blog!!haha(fingers crossed!)

"gd morning, this is UOB, eugene speaking how may i help u?"
thts my starting line for the past week....currently wrking at UOB customer service. seems as easy job at first coz what i do is basically just talk and get paid!! well take a look at this:
1. ive lost my voice since the 3rd day of my job
2. i get scolded by customers
3. i have had lunch only at 2.15pm everyday
4. i have to answer abt 100 calls a day!!

not so easy after all huh?...ha well after a week at work, it really feels lyk working is actually more shag den soldiering haha, but its true. i feel drained everyday after work and i usually knocj out by 10 30pm. causing me to miss desperate house wives,haiz...

well being a customer service officer allows me to see the other side of some people. some people call us just to vent their anger, telling us how they are going to make complains to finance minister, talk to uob directors and what not...absurd! however, after awhile i got use to it...and i somehow manage to shut off whenever i get such customers. However, i must also praise the majority of the customers who called in, as they were mostly polite and appreciative when u assist them. nice people ya.

working is shag and it takes up basically all of my time...thats why i havent been updating my blog!ha, sometimes it feels like my voice is a prosititute, being used by numerous callers a day haah what an analogy!!stupid me..well wish me luck.
