Thurs morning, we took 190 together in the morning!! zhi went for project, while i went to the National Library. Was at the study lounge, and its quite a cool place, over looking bugis and the city. Having a sit by the window, i always had a great view to entertain myself whenever i needed a break from work...it wasnt too bad studying there i guess...In the evening, we went to clark quay in search for half price desserts after 9 but Ricciotti doesnt have it anymore,darn...so we bought starbucks and mango mousse cake from Coffee bean...the dessert was ok, but the simple setting and the talks...they were much better=)hey...sometimes, packaging is less impt too, its the content,the words, the laughs....they are what really count...

Fri night was movie night, we didnt last 2 movies..haha...but its ok, i enjoyed it. Watched Bride wars, it was funny!! and i guess the shows really about mean ways to back-stab another person..haha...i want to watch another movie soon!!Will find better quality ones ya....

School's gona start, exams gona come...deadlines are edging closer....im kinda worried, but i'll take it...cmon!!!give it to me!!!im not a quitter!!yea!!!...haha...okok, so long for now....things to look forward to for me...

hAPPy Vday =)

Its our very first Valentine's day this Feb14th 2009, with only 1 thing in mind...i tried to make it as special as possible for dear zhi....

Day1(Vday Eve)

Celebrations started from Vday eve itself, as zhi made me a 'hearty' breakfast thats delicious and beautiful..there were 2 of em, but i gobbled up the first one so fast i forgot to take a photo of it...haha...i didnt give her anything in exchange then....but...of curz i came prepared!!! Though i was abit late, in between her lessons...i walked up to her classroom and gave her a box of her Favourite candies and munchies!! Surprise!!!Happy Vday eve...
Day 2(The actual Day)
Waking up especially early that day, i sneaked up to her back-door and tied a Balloon(was suppose to be 3 but 2 deflated over night....haha...spoil my plan!!) to the door....called her down to walk 'Happy' so that she would see it....Surprise surprise!!

We went prawning in the afternoon at Bishan(thanks to ryan's recommendation), it was really fun as we laughed at ourselves feeding the prawns more often than hooking them up!! The msians beside us kept hooking up while we only had eyes to be envious of....changing spots and changing ponds didnt help much as we reckon it was the skill that we lack!!haha...in the end, we caught 6 prawns!!!(doin the math: $5 per prawn!!)i didnt know price of prawns are jacked up on vday as well!!!hahah...but we'll be back to take revenge...soon!!

destination 2: Changni Sailing Club

We reached just in time for the sunset, as i discover another beautiful dining spot thats least like singapore....it is near my old camp, so it was nice going back to that area again for me!! Gave her her favourite Blue Roses there, wasnt suppose to let her see at first but i guess she took a sneak earlier on already...haha...We saw many funny people, a newly married couple having their wedding shoot, lotsa friendly dogs as we took a walk on the broad walk....worth the trip for a out-of-town feeling.....

Dinner was at the club, chicken as usual for the lady while i had a pretty forgettable salmon steak....but the place is nice and peaceful, and you dont have to burn a pocket....we'll go back soon...

After dinner we walked through Changni village where there was a Vday Bizarre!!There were quite alot of people...(ive never seen a bizarre there in my 2 yrs @ changni camp) there were vintage gifts, some pirated shirts, dog clothings and girls' accesories on sale...haha, feels like a themepark that we've walked into.....we bought our dessert and drinks before we headed to Changni beach...

the sea....the dessert...the planes that took off metres above our heads...and our creative makeshift mat....the chats....nice=)

we exchanged our gifts there....

Got handmade chocs from dear zhi, which were the best ive ever eaten!!really!! luv it....

and slippers that were the most special in the world...self-carved, self-designed....literally pain-stakingly handmade, the carved pine-cones,the xmas tree and candy cane....they mean alot to me n u too im sure=)....thanks alot dear...i'll wear it even when i sleep...haha...

Got her a pair of earrings(amazingly pine-cone shaped too!!)...tts like the 1000th coincidence in our lives.............................u look beautiful in it....

It was a special day, a day full of surprises(yea surpriseful is not a word! right), a beautiful day....our very first Valentines Day...luv u(xoxoxo)
