In the cool of the evening, under the tree and up on the little hill at Fairway Drive @ the Saddle Club. The place i brought zl for our exclusive 2nd Valentine's day dinner.

We decided to celebrate 2 days earlier due to CNY,i had prepared her favourite dishes at home along with sparkling juice and the picnic table, to set up a special dinner for her. We had salad, baked potato, aglio olio and the highlight of the night...Baked cheese lobster!!and caramel choc cake frm Da Paolo.
It was first time i tried to cook seafood, was rather nervous actually, because i was afraid i might just destroy the lobster with my lack of experience. Lucky enough except for some hiccups, the entire meal tasted good enough...hiccups being the not-enough-mayo salad, abit soggy potato, abit overcooked lobster....haha, sounds like alot leh.

Having the aerial view of turf city and our very own dining spot, with the visiting blue-bird and some flies(actually)haha...it was a beautiful place for our dinner. ZL gave me my present over dinner, it was a blue Zara shirt and a cup with our photo that changes colour when there's hot water. Very nice!=) I got her a vintage necklace which hopefully she'll like, because it was bought online and my package didnt reach me in time!!!!darn.

We were both very full from dinner as we wiped out everything except for half the dessert. We then head towards the next Highlight of the evening...Night Safari!haha

Zl loves to go to the zoo, so we made a trip to the night version of it since both of us have never been there before. It was really dark inside the night safari as everywhere was dimly lit, so it was quite a challenge to spot some of the animals. But their animal show was nice and funny, one of the better one we've seen at zoo or sentosa. The tram ride was also quite cool as we got rather close to some of the less harmful creatures.

My presents!

frustration is the word maybe....but things haven been goin particularly right for me the past few days. With soccer to begin with, every game i played i lost...was angry with myself rather than the guys. Which is why i left early, so that it wouldnt affect their game...

Overslept for school this morning...

had a nervous presentation w/o my breakfast....

actually misunderstood my prof's email and thot there's a last min quiz today!!sending me in a frenzy to go find n borrow the textbook frm library....

ARRGHH.....im pretty much out of sorts really...really...
